9/8/18BrittanyWe were ultimately completely satisfied however, the train was not up and running until 30 minutes after our contracted time. The operator required help from a museum volunteer to unload and put the train together. Chandler went above and beyond, providing excellent customer service to make up for our lost time. It was obvious that he truly cared about the children and families and wanted them to have a great time! His professionalism completely mitigated the rocky start.
